Hologram offers a usage-based Self-Service plan with transparent pay-as-you-go pricing - data billed per MB, a flat monthly recurring charge per active SIM, a one-time SIM card cost, and per-message outbound SMS - plus a Custom plan with discounted volume rates, data pools, and zero fees for inactive SIMs negotiated with sales.
