Guusto sells the recognition platform on a per-seat SaaS subscription with four tiers - Free, Lite, Essential, and Premium - billed monthly or yearly in USD or CAD. Seats are split into sender seats (people who send rewards) and recipient seats (people who can receive them). API access is included only on the Premium plan; the lower tiers do not expose the Gifts API. The Gifts API itself is not separately metered - it drives the same reward budget you fund through your subscription and gift funding.
