Free freemium

Free cloud-hosted plan for individuals and small teams. Includes unlimited documents, up to 5,000 rows per document, 2 guests per document, and 100 lifetime AI Assistant credits.

Pro paid

Pro plan for teams needing more capacity. Includes up to 100,000 rows per document, 40,000 API calls per document per day, 3-year snapshot history, and 100 AI Assistant credits per month.

Business paid

Business plan for larger teams requiring higher limits. Requires minimum 5 users. Includes up to 150,000 rows per document, 60,000 API calls per document per day, 5-year snapshot history, and 2,000 AI Assistant credits per month. Includes priority support.

Enterprise enterprise

Enterprise plan with custom pricing. Includes dedicated server, custom SSO, custom domain, custom branding, advanced admin controls, and audit logging. Contact Grist for pricing.

Community (Self-Hosted) free

Free open-source self-hosted deployment of Grist using the Apache 2.0 licensed grist-core repository. No limits imposed by Grist; capacity depends on self-hosted infrastructure.
