GorillaDesk is sold as a per-route subscription, not per user. A "route" is a technician's schedule; each additional route adds to the monthly bill. Unlimited administrators, managers, sales staff, and mobile devices are included on every plan at no extra charge. Published 2026 plans are Basic ($49/route/month), Pro ($99/route/month), and Growth ($149/route/month), with a 14-day free trial (no credit card), no setup fees, and no contracts. The main add-on cost is SMS (roughly $5/month for a local number, plus bulk SMS packages). API access is included with a paid subscription - there is no separate API pricing tier and no per-call API fee; any account can generate a per-company Bearer API key from the in-app Addons page.
