GoodData Cloud is packaged into a Free tier for development plus paid Professional (Growth) and Enterprise tiers. Professional uses per-workspace pricing (a platform fee plus a per-workspace charge) with unlimited users and data, multi-tenancy, embedding, and limited AI Lake features. Enterprise adds custom agents, full AI governance, multiple environments with CI/CD, advanced compliance, and 24/7 SLAs under custom, use-case-based pricing. AI queries are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. The same REST API (Entity, Declarative, Action) is available across paid tiers; list prices for paid tiers are not published.
