Geofabrik Plans Pricing
Geofabrik offers a free public download tier with no authentication required, and paid managed API plans for Overpass, Geocoding, and Routing services. Paid plans are billed annually in advance, with monthly request quotas. All public OSM data extracts (download.geofabrik.de) are freely available under the ODbL 1.0 license.
