Fortnox Plans Pricing

Fortnox is sold as a per-user, per-month SaaS in Swedish kronor (SEK, excl. VAT). Customers pay a base "Fortnox Access" platform fee plus one or more program/package licenses (invoicing, bookkeeping, bookkeeping plus, complete), scaling by users and add-on modules. The REST API and the WebSocket Topics API are available to registered developer applications; Fortnox does not charge a separate per-request API fee for a customer's own integration - paid third-party integrations are instead distributed via the Fortnox marketplace under a revenue-share. The SEK figures below are representative snapshots from mid-2026 public sources and are NOT reconciled; Fortnox revises pricing often.

Developer / API Access free

Registering a developer application and accessing the REST API (api.fortnox.se/3) and the WebSocket Topics API (ws.fortnox.se/topics-v1) has no standalone subscription fee. Access to a customer's data requires the customer to authorize your app via OAuth2 and to hold the relevant Fortnox licenses. Rate limited to 300 requests/minute per access-token.
