Experian publishes no priced plans, no tier table and no list price on any public surface, on either platform. What it does publish is the BILLING UNIT, which is more than most enterprise providers disclose: an Experian Data Quality request costs one credit when it returns HTTP 200 with a metadata status of S200 or S206, and costs nothing for any other status — so a failed or empty request is free. The credit price itself, volume bands and overage terms are negotiated: "Please contact us for details on our costs of submitting a request to the API." Everything is license-gated; a token is issued by an account manager, not self-served. plan_count is 0 because that is the true measurement, not because the page was not read.
