Exotel sells its cloud communication suite as prepaid bundles plus usage-based consumption. Purchases are held as credits (1 credit = 1 INR) that are drawn down across voice minutes, SMS, and WhatsApp, on top of monthly virtual-number rentals and per-seat agent fees. Business Phone System is offered as tiered prepaid bundles (commonly named Dabbler, Believer, Influencer) plus a custom Enterprise tier. Indian invoices add 18% GST.
