Entso E Plans Pricing
The ENTSO-E Transparency Platform web API has exactly one plan - free with registration. The platform is a regulatory publication mandated by EU Regulation 543/2013, so the data itself carries no charge and there are no paid tiers, quotas for sale, or commercial upgrades. Access is gated only by an account: register on transparency.entsoe.eu, email transparency@entsoe.eu with "Restful API access" in the subject line (the helpdesk targets a response within 3 working days), then generate a personal security token under My Account Settings. Consumption is bounded by fixed technical limits (400 requests/minute per IP/token, one-year range per standard query, 100-200 documents per document-based query) rather than by billing.
