Encompass is an enterprise mortgage loan origination system sold to lenders, banks, and credit unions, and API access is bundled into the commercial Encompass relationship rather than sold as a standalone metered API product. To build on the APIs a developer needs an Encompass instance (or a partner arrangement with a lender who has one); OAuth credentials / API keys are then provisioned in the developer portal by an Encompass super administrator.
