Published plans and pricing for Oracle Eloqua. CORRECTION 2026-08-13 — this file previously carried a scaffold asserting a "Free" freemium tier with an invented monthly API request quota. Oracle publishes no such tier and no such quota. Oracle publishes NO pricing for Eloqua at all: the product page carries no price, no plan names and no pricing link, and every candidate pricing URL under oracle.com/cx returns 404. The only route to a price is the sales contact form. The scaffold plans have been removed.
