CometChat prices by Monthly Active Users (MAU) across four tiers - Build (free), Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise. Each paid tier includes a base MAU allotment plus a percentage of MAU as included concurrent connections, with overage billed per additional MAU and per additional concurrent connection. Messages, storage, and files are unlimited on all tiers. Higher tiers add AI moderation and insights, multi-tenancy, compliance (HIPAA/BAA), SSO, and white-label domains. Annual billing is available.
