IMPORTANT FOR ANY READER SCORING THIS RECORD: Collision / Web Summit Vancouver sells EVENT TICKETS, not API access. There is no API product, no developer plan, no free developer tier, no metered pricing and no key that could be billed, so api_plan_count is 0. plan_count is also 0 because the event's own ticket prices are not published in any readable form either: the tickets page (https://vancouver.websummit.com/essentials/tickets/, HTTP 200) renders its tier and price table client-side, so the served HTML contains no prices, and the general-attendee ticket URL (https://vancouver.websummit.com/tickets/attendees/) redirects to a rotating "2-for-1" promotion page rather than a price list. Ticket tiers do exist as a commercial product — attendee, group, investor, startup, media and a discounted developer ticket — but no figure was fetched, so none is recorded. This is a measured zero, not an unchecked field.
