On the consumer side, members buy a monthly credit subscription (credits redeemed for classes/experiences, with dynamic, demand-based credit pricing per class via SmartRate) and tier/price varies by home market and by acquisition channel (direct consumer signup vs. employer/health-plan-sponsored access). On the studio/partner side there is no published price list at all: listing on ClassPass and connecting the Inventory API integration carries no upfront cost, and studios are paid via Tipalti against a confidential, individually negotiated rate floor per class/reservation, which SmartRate can raise above the floor based on demand.
