Castor EDC / CDMS is sold on a per-study subscription basis, quoted by sales based on study size, number of users, duration, modules (surveys / ePRO, randomization, eConsent), region, and compliance needs. Third-party software directories report entry points in the low hundreds of dollars per month for the smallest studies, with mid-market and enterprise multi-center trials priced by custom quote. Academic, non-profit, and grant-funded pricing is available. The API is not a separately metered product - it is included with a study subscription and consumed under the platform's rate limits at no additional per-call charge.
