Bonusly Plans Pricing
Bonusly is priced per employee per month (PEPM) across three tiers - a free tier capped at a small number of users, a self-serve Team tier, and a custom-quoted Organization tier - plus a Bizy AI add-on. API access is a paid feature: the free tier is intended for evaluation, and integrations, HRIS connections, and the REST API come with the paid Team and Organization plans. The published list prices below reflect Bonusly's public pricing page. Note that a Bonusly deployment has two cost components - the platform subscription (the PEPM fee below) and the separately funded reward budget (the points employees actually redeem for gift cards and rewards). Legacy plan names (Appreciate, Connect, Achieve) are still supported for existing customers but are no longer sold to new customers.

A Bizy-AI-excluded rate of about $3 per user per month ($30 per user per year) is also offered.
