Black Knight never operated a self-serve, publicly priced API platform. Commercial access has always flowed through enterprise contracts — first with Black Knight, now with ICE Mortgage Technology — and partner / ISV programs for Encompass, MSP DX, and the various servicing catalog APIs. Optimal Blue follows the same partner-gated model under Constellation Software ownership. No public price card is published for any surface; this document captures the shape of the commercial offering rather than specific dollar amounts.
