The Commerce API is a separate, sales-gated tier: it needs a distinct "CAPI key" obtained by contacting Best Buy, and its full technical documentation is only supplied after that key is issued. Revenue on the free tier is affiliate-mediated (Impact partner ID attached to product links) rather than metered, which is why no price list exists.
