Beds24 Plans Pricing

Beds24 uses a pay-as-you-go, per-rental pricing model rather than fixed tiers. There is a small monthly base fee for a single-rental property, incremental per-property and per-rental fees for larger portfolios, a small per-link monthly fee for each channel manager connection, and an optional monthly fee for a private-label online booking engine. There is a free trial. The REST API (v2 and legacy v1) is included with any paid account at no additional charge - API access is enabled per account in SETTINGS > ACCOUNT > ACCESS. Prices below are indicative figures published on beds24.com/pricing.html and are billed in EUR; verify current rates with the Beds24 pricing calculator.

Time-limited free trial of the full Beds24 platform, including API access, to evaluate the channel manager, PMS, and booking engine.

Channel Manager Connections usage

Per-link monthly fee for each channel manager connection, where one link is one room type or category connected to one OTA channel (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo, and others). Keeps external listings in sync via the Channels surface of the API.
