This file REPLACES a 2026-05-04 bulk-sweep scaffold that invented API-request quotas and per-minute rate limits for a product that does not sell API access. Bardeen is metered in CREDITS consumed by in-product actions (scraping, web search, enrichment, AI tools), not in API calls — there is no public API, so there is no per-request price to record. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. Every account keeps 100 free credits.
