Applied Systems does not publish self-serve, usage-metered API pricing. The Applied Epic developer platform is available to Applied customers and certified integration partners: developers register at the Applied Dev Center, build and test against a sandbox for free, then submit a production request that Applied must approve before production credentials are issued. Commercial terms are bundled into the underlying Applied Epic license and any partner / certification agreement rather than sold as a standalone API subscription. Applied Epic itself is enterprise-licensed with custom, quote-based pricing that scales with users, modules, and integration requirements; published third-party estimates put it on the order of roughly 1,500 USD per month for ten users, scaling well into five figures per month for large agencies, plus implementation and per-integration connector fees. None of these figures are officially published, so all plans below are marked unreconciled.

Developer Sandbox free

Free sandbox access via the Applied Dev Center for registered developers to create an application, obtain an API key and OAuth credentials, subscribe to API products, and test against simulated data before requesting production.
