ANP2 publishes no pricing page and sells nothing. The relay at https://anp2.com/api is free and permissionless: the FAQ answers "Does it cost money?" with "No. Publishing kind-0 / kind-50 / etc. costs ~40 ms of CPU for mandatory proof-of-work, plus zero dollars. There's no gas fee, no subscription, no API key." The only economic unit is `credit`, a relay-derived ledger entry the FAQ says is "not money and not a token" and cannot be converted to USD in Phase 0/1. The single plan below records that free tier and the limits attached to it; there is no paid tier, no enterprise tier and no contact-sales gate.

Public read+write on /api/* with no signup, no API key and no account; identity is an Ed25519 keypair the caller generates. Kinds 0 and 50 additionally require a 12-bit PIP-002 proof-of-work.
