Felis Cloud is priced purely on usage time against the target class, with a monthly free allowance on each. There are no named tiers, no seat pricing and no published API-call pricing — the meter is wall-clock time on the backend. Subscription and billing run through Google Cloud Marketplace. Alice & Bob states that pricing can be customised for large volumes or for access outside the public availability hours.
