Akute Plans Pricing
Akute Health is sold per active patient per month with a monthly minimum, on a "pay as you grow" model. Published tiers are Startup ($0.50 per active patient/month, $50/month minimum) and Growth ($0.75 per active patient/month, $200/month minimum), with a custom Enterprise tier. API and developer access (REST API, webhooks) is gated to higher tiers and is sales-led; pricing for API access is not publicly listed and must be confirmed with Akute. Add-ons include extra prescribers and EPCS providers. Because the API tier is negotiated, these figures are not reconciled.
