    update:
      x-apievangelist-runtime-notes:
        idempotency: >-
          Not supported. No Idempotency-Key header exists on any operation; retrying
          voice-call after a timeout can place a duplicate billable call.
        rate_limit_headers: >-
          None published. Exhaustion of CAPS or concurrency may return 429 or may queue,
          depending on account setup; 429 is declared on no operation.
        error_format: >-
          Not RFC 9457. Two envelopes are observable across the estate:
          {"detail": "..."} on the regional hosts and {"error": "...", "message": "..."}
          on the global gateway.
        pagination: >-
          Mixed. Some operations use limit/offset, others use page_number/page_size.
        region_binding: >-
          The workspace region determines which host answers; api.us and api.eu are not
          interchangeable with api.synthflow.ai for a given workspace.
