title: API Evangelist enhancements for EMA Proprietary API
  version: 1.0.0
extends: openapi/modernizing-medicine-ema-proprietary-api-openapi.json
x-provenance:
  generated: '2026-08-04'
  method: generated
note: The extended OpenAPI was assembled verbatim from the per-operation OpenAPI definitions ModMed
publishes on each API-portal reference page (the "# OpenAPI definition" block on every https://portal.api.modmed.com/reference/*.md
page). Paths, components, tags, servers and security were merged mechanically; no content was authored.
This overlay records only API Evangelist annotations and never mutates the harvested document.

  update:
    x-apievangelist-gaps:
    - 58 of 58 operations carry no operationId — agent tooling cannot address operations by stable id
    - No response schemas on 4xx/5xx responses (EMA Proprietary API)
    - No X-RateLimit-* headers documented despite a published 1,250/min limit
    - No RFC 8594 Sunset/Deprecation headers for the password-grant sunset
