Non-destructive Overlay 1.0.0 of API Evangelist's own annotations. It never mutates the
harvested contract and adds no operations, paths, schemas or parameters that the provider
does not publish — only cross-references to artifacts in this repo and facts read from the
  provider's own documentation.

Clients should not hardcode this host. Resolve the resource @id from the service index
at https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json so the same code works against any V3-compatible
        source.
