info:
title: API Evangelist enrichment overlay for Meditech Expanse FHIR R4 Allergy Diagnostic API
  version: 1.0.0
  x-provenance:
    generated: '2026-08-14'
    method: generated
    origin: api-evangelist-derived
note: Adds standard FHIR error responses (401 on every operation; 404 on single-resource reads) that
the API Evangelist-derived US Core R4 model omits, plus a pointer to the x-agentic-access classification
kept separately in agentic-access/meditech-agentic-access.yml. Never mutates openapi/meditech-diagnostic-api-openapi.yml
directly -- apply with an Overlay 1.0.0-compatible tool.
