  update:
    x-agentic-notes:
      auth: Bearer partner API key issued in the Leap Partner Portal, scoped to production or staging; a key used
        against the wrong host returns 403.
      idempotency: Not supported - Leap publishes no Idempotency-Key. Treat every write as non-replayable and reconcile
        with partner_reference.
      pagination: Opaque page_token / page_size in the request body; next_page_token in the response.
      rate_limits: Not published; per-request payload ceilings apply instead (1,000,000 interval data points, 100,000
        bids, 100 meters per bid).
      errors: application/json with { title, status, details[] } on most services; { code, message, error_code }
        on dispatch; { error, message } on webhooks.
