Derived from artifacts in this repository (conventions/, errors/, rate-limits/,
    authentication/, lifecycle/, data-model/, mcp/). The original specification is
published by the provider at https://github.com/Fund-z/fundz-api-spec and is never
mutated — these actions record what API Evangelist established about it.

Probed 2026-08-14 — no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After header on any
response from api.fundz.net. The envelope is the only runtime pacing signal.
