FOCUS-aligned FinOps view of the Token.io commercial surface. Token.io charges per-transaction fees on Payment Initiation, VRP, Refunds, Payouts, and per-consent fees on AIS, under negotiated commercial contracts. Charity workloads are zero-fee.
