Seated Finops

Seated's platform is free for artists to access and use for publishing tour dates, managing fan data, and running presales. There is no published per-request or subscription charge for API access. The primary revenue model is a service charge applied on top of ticket prices when fans purchase tickets through the Seated platform. Artist accounts, API credentials, and embed integrations are provided without cost. Enterprise or partnership integrations requiring custom data access scope are negotiated directly and may include custom commercial terms.

ticket_service_charge
Unit: transaction
A service charge is applied to each ticket transaction processed through the Seated platform. The exact percentage or fixed-fee structure is not publicly published. The Terms of Service state that ticket costs include the event price plus a service charge payable to Seated. Fan credit applied per transaction is capped at $10.
