Regrid API usage is billed on a metered consumption model where costs are determined by the number of parcel records returned in API responses, not by the number of API calls made. Monthly plans include a fixed allocation of parcel records at a base price, with per-record overage charges applied above the included threshold. Operators can set monthly maximum pricing caps and usage alerts via the account dashboard to manage spend and prevent unexpected overages.

Parcel Records Returned
The primary billing meter. Each parcel record included in an API response counts as one unit toward the monthly allocation and overage billing. Default responses return up to 20 records; maximum is 1,000 per request.

Tile API requests for vector or raster map tiles. Tile consumption is tracked separately from parcel record consumption under bundle plans.
