Plane Finops

FinOps framework for managing Plane project management costs aligned with FOCUS 1.0 principles. Plane uses per-seat billing via Stripe, with costs driven by the number of Admin and Member seats purchased across workspaces. Guest users are allocated at 5 slots per paid seat on Pro and Business plans at no additional charge. AI features are governed by a separate monthly credit pool that is workspace-wide and does not affect base seat subscriptions.
