FOCUS-aligned FinOps view for Oracle Integration: per-hour billing of the service edition (Standard / Enterprise / Healthcare) multiplied by the provisioned message-pack count, plus separate OCI charges for outbound data transfer and any auxiliary OCI resources (object storage, identity domains).
