FOCUS-aligned FinOps for HashiCorp: pay-as-you-go per-managed-resource billing on HCP Terraform (Essentials $0.10, Standard $0.47, Premium $0.99 per resource per month) plus custom-priced Enterprise (self-managed) and EU residency editions. Other product lines (Vault, Consul, Nomad, Boundary, Packer, Waypoint) bill per HCP product or via Enterprise license.
