Eventzilla uses a consumption-based pricing model where platform fees are charged per paid registration. Free events incur no platform fees on any plan. Fees can be passed through to attendees or absorbed by the organizer. The Unlimited (Enterprise) plan offers cost predictability via a flat annual fee regardless of ticket volume, making it suitable for high-frequency event producers. Payment processing fees from the chosen payment provider are separate from Eventzilla platform fees.
