Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform licensing follows a role-based model where costs are tied to the number of named roles purchased rather than API call volume or consumption metrics. There are no public usage-based API billing tiers. Cost governance centers on role provisioning, subscription management, and optimizing the number of active named users against deployed functionality. For channel partners, the API4Partners gateway is provided as part of the partner program at no additional per-call cost.
