Continue Dev Finops

Continue's cost surface splits across three lines — the open-source extensions and CLI (free under Apache 2.0), Continue Hub subscription tiers (Starter pay-as-you-go, Team per-seat with $10/seat credits, Company enterprise with BYO API keys), and the user's chosen LLM provider. Starter token usage runs $3 per million input and $3 per million output tokens routed through the Continue-managed proxy.
