Bytebase Finops

FinOps view of Bytebase spend. Unlike usage-metered APIs, Bytebase is licensed as software: a free self-hosted Community/OSS tier, a per-user Pro subscription (cloud or self-host), and a custom annual Enterprise agreement. Cost drivers are therefore seat count (Pro) and instance/feature license quota plus negotiated contract value (Enterprise) - not API call volume. Self-hosting adds the customer's own infrastructure cost outside Bytebase's invoice.
