Beam Cloud Finops

FinOps view of Beam (beam.cloud) spend. Usage tiers (Developer, Team, Growth) add a subscription line and $30 of monthly credits; the dominant cost driver is per-second GPU container runtime, so cold-start speed, autoscaling, and idle keep-alive directly shape the bill.
