API for scientific data about food products, published by Wageningen Food & Biobased Research (WFBR) through WUR's own Azure API Management instance. Provides software services and algorithms returning information on food items from documented sources in the Netherlands. Gated: the portal catalogue renders client-side and the APIM management API answers HTTP 401 anonymously, so no contract could be read and none is stored here. Registration is self-serve.
