The registrar and student-records system at studentrecords.vuw.ac.nz. The sign-on RelayState /c/auth/SSB identifies it as Ellucian Banner Self-Service, and the host resolves directly to 130.195.15.120 with no CNAME — self-hosted on the university's own infrastructure rather than in Ellucian's cloud. Self-hosting does not make the contract the institution's: Banner's interfaces are Ellucian's product, identical across its customers, so this is recorded as a tenancy. No public API, no anonymous read; every request redirects into the WSO2 SAML flow. This is the university's registrar surface, and it is the class where student-built course-data APIs appear at other institutions. None exists here — the public course catalogue is delivered as HTML and a 12,160-URL sitemap, not as an interface.
