Vessel Dialpad Actions API

The Vessel Actions API for Dialpad — typed, validated wrappers over Dialpad's native API served under /api/actions/dialpad. Actions add request/response schema validation, standardized data types and normalized error handling on top of the downstream provider, so callers do not have to absorb that provider's quirks directly.
