University of Padova Shibboleth Identity Provider (SAML metadata)

The University of Padua operates its own Shibboleth Identity Provider and publishes its SAML 2.0 metadata anonymously at https://shibidp.cca.unipd.it/idp/shibboleth — HTTP 200, application/xml, 17,853 bytes, entityID "https://shibidp.cca.unipd.it/idp/shibboleth", OrganizationName "Università degli Studi di Padova". The document declares SingleSignOnService endpoints for the HTTP-POST, HTTP-POST-SimpleSign and HTTP-Redirect bindings, plus mdui display names and an InformationURL pointing at the institution's IDEM page. Padua participates in IDEM GARR and, through it, eduGAIN. This is institution-operated identity infrastructure by definition and is the most complete machine-readable artifact the institution publishes — it is not a self-service API and issues no keys.
