Georg-August-Universität Göttingen SAML Identity Provider

The university's own SAML 2.0 identity provider, entityID https://shibboleth-idp.uni-goettingen.de/uni/shibboleth, registered by DFN-AAI, exported to eduGAIN as entity 696098 since 2017-04-13, scope uni-goettingen.de, Sirtfi-compliant. It is the institution's most substantial machine-readable surface and the one class of university interface that cannot be a vendor's by definition. Operated with GWDG; the login front end identifies itself as GWDG SSO / SimpleSAMLphp and carries the university's own branding. Attribute release, not OAuth scopes, is the authorisation model.
