DSpace 7 REST API backing the UC Research Repository, providing programmatic access to communities, collections and items. Re-probed 2026-08-30 with a browser User-Agent: the API root and /server/api/core/communities both return HTTP 403 from a Cloudflare bot-management challenge (server: cloudflare, __cf_bm cookie set), not from DSpace itself. The endpoint is live and bot-blocked, not dead; access conditions for a human or an allow-listed harvester are unconfirmed.
