Toku Tarjetas API

Endpoints que reciben datos de tarjeta, ya sea para cobrar una vez, para inscribir la tarjeta como medio de pago recurrente o para guardarla como PaymentInstrument sin cobrarla. El campo `card_information` acepta el objeto en claro o encriptado; cuando lo mandes encriptado —o encriptes el body completo— acompáñalo del parámetro `encryption_key` con el que generaste la llave. El procedimiento está en *Encriptación de la data*.
