Events younger than ~3s are withheld (commit-visibility grace) — poll again. `nextCursor` is the seq to pass as `since` on the next poll; idempotent by construction. While a long-running batch transaction (e.g. an inventory audit) is in flight, the cutoff is additionally held back to its start (#367) so its rows lag the feed instead of committing behind an already-served cursor; the holdback is capped (~30 min default), so consumers needing absolute completeness should still run a periodic reconciliation. A negative `since` is clamped to 0 and `nextCursor` echoes the clamped value.
